Support
PitchLab Support
Use this page for product support, privacy questions, and App Review follow-up. PitchLab keeps the support path straightforward: local library first, optional remote sources second.
Canonical support email
support@pitchlab.studioPrivacy-specific questions can use the same support path or the privacy policy at https://pitchlab.studio/privacy.
Include this when you ask for help
- What you were trying to do
- Whether the track came from Files, Navidrome, an MP3 link, or the sample song
- What message or recovery banner appeared
- Your device type and iOS version
- The app version or build number you were using
Getting songs into PitchLab
Start from the empty-library guide in the app. The included sample song is only there so you can test the flow before choosing your own music.
- Use Import from Files when the song is already on the device.
- Use Add MP3 Link for an https:// link that ends in .mp3.
- Use Try Sample Song only when you want to test PitchLab before providing your own file or link.
- Remove songs or references from the player screen when they no longer belong in the local library.
Missing imported file
If a file originally imported from Files is no longer available on this device, PitchLab should tell you that the song must be re-imported.
- Open the saved track and confirm the missing-file message appears.
- Re-import the original file from Files to restore local playback.
- Do not treat one missing file as evidence that the entire library has been erased.
Damaged library snapshot
If the saved library snapshot becomes unreadable, PitchLab should surface recovery guidance instead of silently presenting an empty library.
- Look for the recovery banner or guidance text in the library surface.
- Keep note of the app version and the last action taken before the issue appeared.
- Include that context when contacting support.
Degraded Navidrome connection
Navidrome is optional. Problems there should not redefine the local library as unavailable.
- Confirm the server URL is trusted HTTPS and still reachable from your network.
- Check that the dedicated app user credentials are still valid.
- Use the local library as the fallback practice path while remote access is degraded.
MP3 link issues
The Add MP3 Link path is limited to explicit HTTPS links that point to MP3 files and should be treated as a secondary remote source.
- Confirm the URL is HTTPS and points directly to an MP3 file.
- Retry with the same link in a browser to verify that the asset still resolves.
- If the remote file no longer resolves, remove or replace that saved reference.
